Each strategy session is bespoke to each brand, commercially focused, and delivered with deep experience across airlines, rail, cruise, ferries, and hotels.

Strategy Days

A full-day, focused planning session delivered at your premises. The day is structured into four key sections and can include (but is not limited to) the following:

PART 1:

First part of the session we look at what you have already achieved, where you are currently and what are your future goals/aims

PART 2:

Second part of the session we spend time exploring what needs to be implemented in line with what you want to achieve, we then work out a detailed strategy of how to make this happen, with an action plan. This includes;

  • Looking at your current products and then proposing new ideas and concepts
  • Price points, MOQ’s, delivery locations, frequency and volumes

PART 3:

Third part of the session we will go through a detailed presentation of what the UK market looks like for travel & leisure, routes to market and how to target those opportunities

PART 4:

Fourth part, you’ll receive feedback on what we’ve covered and agreed, leaving you with a full action plan for steps in your business to get you the results you require to catapult your business to the next level
